Everything the app records stays on your device. The app contains no networking code: it cannot transmit your data anywhere, to us or to anyone else.
With your explicit permission, locally: location visits and movement, motion activity and steps, nearby Bluetooth device sightings, Apple Health data you authorize (sleep, heart rate and variability, workouts, walking metrics), heart rate from a fitness band you explicitly pair, the locations and dates of your photos (never the images themselves), and barometric pressure. Records are stored in a tamper-evident signed log on the device.
Nothing, unless you export it yourself. The app has one export function, triggered manually by you, which hands the data file to the iOS share sheet — where it goes is entirely your choice. If you participate in a research cohort, you may be asked to share exports or derived summaries; that is always a separate, explicit decision you make outside the app.
Nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics, no identifiers, no servers. Apple provides us standard TestFlight statistics (installs, crashes) governed by Apple's own privacy terms.
Delete the app and its data is gone. iOS device backups may contain the data under your own backup encryption; that is under your control.
